Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Opero AI (the "Service"), operated by Francisco Veliz ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with Francisco Veliz. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Opero AI is online software for service businesses. It includes an AI customer assistant, an online booking page, an appointment calendar, a customer list (CRM), AI-drafted inquiry replies and AI-generated marketing drafts.
2. Your account
- You must be of legal age to form a contract. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through it;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- upload malware, probe or test its security, scrape it, or interfere with how it runs;
- reverse engineer it, resell it, or get around its technical or plan limits.
4. AI features
- You must not use the AI features to create illegal content, hate speech, harassment, impersonations or deepfakes, or malware, or try to get around their safeguards (for example, "jailbreaking").
- You're responsible for the information and instructions you give the AI, for checking its answers and drafts before relying on them, and for having the rights to any content you put in.
- AI answers may be wrong or incomplete. The public chat assistant replies to your customers automatically using the business information you provide, so keep that information accurate. AI output isn't professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
- Between you and us, you keep the rights to your inputs and may use the outputs. If someone believes content on the Service infringes their rights, they can contact us at operoaiautomates@gmail.com and we will review it and remove it where appropriate. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
- We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, or suspend accounts to keep the Service safe and lawful.
5. Your content
You own the business and customer information you add. You give us a limited permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information.
6. Our intellectual property
Francisco Veliz owns the Service and all of its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your plan while these Terms apply.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, taxes and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the Billing page. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using the Service at any time. After your account ends, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant, we'll tell you about them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Questions? Email operoaiautomates@gmail.com.
